Letâs be honest:
The biggest reason most professionals donât post on LinkedIn isnât that theyâre lazy.
Itâs that they stare at a blinking cursor and think, âWhat do I even say?â
If thatâs you â or your clients â this will help.
â Why this matters
The best thought leaders donât have more time to create content.
They just have more clarity.
They know what they want to be known for.
And theyâve built a system around it.
Thatâs what this framework does.
đĄ The 10-Minute Content Clarity Framework
This is the same 3-part framework I use with ghostwriting clients before we ever write a single post.
You only need 10 minutes and a doc or notepad.
1. Pick 3 Core Themes
These are the 3 ideas you want to be known for.
They should sit at the intersection of what you care about, what youâre good at, and what your audience needs.
Examples:
For a startup coach: Fundraising | Founder mindset | Startup storytelling
For a tech leader: AI & automation | Leadership | Team culture
2. Define 3 Subtopics under each
Think of these like supporting pillars â specific lenses or recurring ideas you can cycle through.
Example (under âFounder mindsetâ):
Navigating burnout
Learning in public
Building confidence
3. Save stories, insights, or client convos under each
These are the real-life sparks youâll turn into posts.
Use voice notes, a Notion doc, or Google Keep â whateverâs easiest.
𧊠The Magic: Multiply, Donât Start from Scratch
Once you have this, the content ideas never really ârun out.â
Hereâs why:
A single story can become a tip, a lesson, a question, or a myth-buster.
One core theme = 9+ angles you can return to again and again.
Real stories + repeatable structure = sustainable visibility.
âď¸ What to do now
Take 10 minutes this week.
Map out your themes, subtopics, and a few story sparks.
Keep the doc open during the week â whenever you scroll LinkedIn, talk to a client, or reflect on your journey.
Thatâs your next post idea.
đ Reply and tell me your 3 core themes. I might feature them in a future edition or send you 3 ideas to post next week.
